Melbourne Airport Health Clinic Hiring for Admin Assistant Job at Melbourne Full Time

We are looking for a medical receptionist/administrative assistant to join our small team in Melbourne Airport Health Clinic.

The clinic is located in Terminal 1 (Qantas Domestic Terminal) with our main patient base being travellers and airport staff members. Parking in the designated staff car park will be provided for the successful applicant.

For this role, previous experience is preferred but not essential as we shall provide the relevant training.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Customer service and patient care

• Opening and/or closing the clinic

• Schedule patient appointments by phone and in person using Best Practice computer software

• General office administrative tasks such as data entry and scanning

• General cleaning and stocking of the treatment rooms

• Support the day to day operations of the clinic

• Additional ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Proficient English language skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to take the initiative

• Basic computer literacy

• Ability to be flexible with shift hours

• Ability to work effectively within a small team
