British Swim School was founded in 1981 and offers Greater Boston’s premier water survival, learning to swim and stroke development program. We are looking for individuals who love having fun teaching children and adults the awesome sport of swimming and water survival ! Come join us and enjoy the smiling faces you will see everyday!

Requirements :

• Positive attitude and the love of water.
• Eager to join a group who loves seeing growth and progress from their students.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain within 3 months of being hired.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED is preferred. Swimming experience required but experience in child care, camp counselor, or lifeguarding is accepted.
