We are hiring a dedicated and confident Female Tele Caller & Office Coordinator to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, communicating with clients professionally, and maintaining positive customer relationships. She should be able to explain company services clearly, follow up with clients, and maintain daily call records.
In addition to telecalling responsibilities, the candidate will also assist in office coordination work such as managing schedules, handling basic documentation, maintaining office files, and supporting daily administrative activities. Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional attitude are essential for this role.
The ideal candidate should have strong spoken Hindi and basic English communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to work in a team environment. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or office administration will be an added advantage, but freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
