Busy state-wide law firm is seeking an accounting manager/controller to assist in the management of day-to-day finances, payroll, employee benefits and human resources.

Job responsibilities include:

· Tracking and paying invoices;

· Allocating costs to respective files;

· Preparing account statements;

· Managing accounts receivable;

· Preparing commission reports;

· Preparing deposit and transfer slips;

· Managing accounting ledgers;

· Reconciling and auditing accounts;

· Running payroll;

· Managing employee benefits;

· General bookkeeping;

· Onboarding / Off-boarding employees;

Candidates must be proficient in the following areas:

· Microsoft office suite (specifically word, excel, and outlook);

· Quickbooks;

Ideal candidates will be proficient/familiar with the following:

· Florida Bar Trust Accounting requirements and best practices;

· Florida Bar closing statement requirements and best practices;

· TrialWorks case management software;

· Stamps.com and FedEx online;

· SignNow

· ADP Run

A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
