Payroll & Finance Assistant

Location: Badger House, 121 Glover Street, Birmingham, B9 4EY

Hours: Part-time, Weekdays – 20 hours per week

Salary: £19,500 per annum pro-rata (£10,400 per annum for 20 hours per week) plus NHS pension

Badger Group has provided out of hours care for GP primary care patients across Birmingham and Solihull for 23 years. We are a social enterprise organisation that has always looked to provide a first class service to our members, commissioners and patients.

This is a busy and interesting role in our Finance Team. You will have experience of working in a finance or payroll team with a sound knowledge of payroll operations and basic accounting procedures.

Our ideal candidate will have good communication skills with strong IT and Finance experience in SAGE software, excel, word and outlook. You will need to have good organisational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines, demonstrating excellent attention to detail. You will be working in an area dealing with highly sensitive information, where confidentiality is paramount.
