About You
We are keen to find a person who has specific experience of Retail or FMCG – preferably within Commercial, Merchandising and/or Customer/Marketing. The role will likely suit someone from an in-house talent acquisition or agency recruitment team specifically with a demonstrable track record of recruiting experienced and mid to senior head office based roles
You will possess genuine enthusiasm and curiosity for Talent Acquisition and a lifelong learning mentality in order to ensure you stay relevant in your career
You will be looking for a role that allows you the opportunity and platform to make a genuine impact on a business. An impact defined by your knowledge and expertise, not job grade or position
Flexible working is important at Asda, we are proud of our culture and our commitment to flexible working. This role is based at Asda House, Leeds, with the flexibility to ‘work where it works’ for you home or office. On average colleagues are split 3 days home / 2 days office as a guide.
