Student Taxi Hiring for Dispatcher/Customer Service at Antigonish, NS Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Receive all incoming cash and charge calls on multiple line phone
  • Ensure timely dispatch of drivers
  • Maintain a dispatch log,
  • Record all details of pickup and drop off locations for account customers
  • Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with customers to ensure continuous patronage
  • Prepare invoices for charge accounts
  • Receive and process payments

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Must have excellent listening, communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Must be willing to work flexible schedules on weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be computer literate
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset
