Located at 1633 Mountain road in Moncton, NB, this Starbucks is a fast-paced environment. We are a team of people who work collaboratively, and who give and receive communication and feedback professionally. We are looking to expand our morning, afternoon, and weekends staff. The ideal candidate will be flexible in their schedule, and have a strong desire to interact with the public. Shifts start as early at 5:30am and end as late as 11:30pm – depending on location selected. Hours flex depending on season (winter being our slow season), we strive to give our staff consistency in their work, whenever possible. Hiring for 15-30 hours a week, morings/afternoons/days/weekends.

Job Qualifications

This job is for YOU, if you have:

• Ability to create a genuine moment of connection with our customers – making a difference in their day by discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
• Willingness to learn– using a mix of online learning, and hands on mentorship you’ll learn how to prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
• Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Openness to getting the job done and helping your team in a dynamic retail environment.
• NOTE: No previous experience required
