We are looking for a Graduate Product Manager with a passion for technology and solving problems to join our Product team based at our Head Office in Blandford, Dorset. You’ll be part of our small but critical team supporting Product Managers and working collaboratively with experts across our business.

This role is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with a degree in a relevant technical area who wants to experience the fast-paced world of technology and cyber security where every day is different.

Work Authorisation / Security Clearance

You must hold or be eligible to apply for UK Security Clearance. Gaining SC Clearance will normally require you to have been a resident in the UK for the last 5 years as a minimum.

Essential Functions

• Supporting Product Managers to turn the business vision and customer requirements into workable and clearly set out product development specification.
• Work with sales team to deliver successful POCs and manage live customer projects from planning stages to final review
• Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all customers and stakeholders and ensure they are mapped into Product Roadmap releases.
• Provide support to identify, manage and resolve dependencies, risks and issues on all layers (technical, commercial & organisational) which could affect the successful delivery of products.
• Ensure KPIs are recorded, monitored, reported and improved
• Track both internal and customer issues raised and ensure they are scheduled and addressed within engineering.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with all internal stakeholders and service functions.
• Work with Engineering to ensure projects remain on schedule, milestones are achieved, and issues are communicated and resolved promptly.
• Monitor and review results of System Testing to determine if a product is suitable for customer delivery.

Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
