As the Head of Talent & Learning and Development you will play an instrumental role in delivering 3 critical L&OD projects over the next 12 months.
These projects are key to Gamma’s success moving forward. Through effective collaboration and partnership, you will help shape, develop and deliver solid development solutions across the following 3 areas:
- Induction: Project lead the design, development and deployment of Gamma’s Induction programme. Leading the project team, which has representation from across the business to create an engaging and innovative induction proposition. Initial launch scheduled for October, with subsequent content being developed to further enhance the experience and internal impact.
- Leadership Development: Help shape the Leadership Development offering for Gamma. Identifying the critical development areas for our leadership population and designing effective and engaging solutions that firmly align to Gamma’s strategy.
- Entry Level Talent: Accountable for leading the entire graduate programme. From recruitment through to development programme and internal promotion with key stakeholders. This will be the first companywide Graduate programme Gamma has designed and developed, so prior experience of working in this space would be advantageous.
Essential requirements:
- CIPD/Degree or equivalent experience to perform role.
- Extensive experience in the Talent & L&OD space.
- Experience to develop & lead large L&D/Talent Agendas with a collaborative approach.
- Leadership methodology experience.
- Entry Level Talent Management experience.
Ideally you will be in reasonable proximity to the Gamma offices in London, Newbury or Manchester.
