This is a critical role with responsibility for the recruitment of people into our technology team in London, Vienna, Singapore and Germany. You will manage all aspects of the recruitment process to ensure we find, engage and hire the best people possible with special focus on Developers, Exploratory Testers, Developers in Test and Agile Coaches. You will be instrumental in helping to build technical teams through partnering with our Technology leaders, building processes to help us attract the best people and constantly evolving how we recruit to position us as a technology employer of choice.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attract, engage and recruit top technical talent with particular focus on Developer, Tester and Developer in Test roles.

• Build partnerships with hiring managers and the Technology business team to deliver the recruitment strategic plan for Technology.

• Directly and proactively source for candidates through a variety of avenues. Be creative in how your sourcing approach.

• Work alongside the wider People team to help drive initiatives.

• Conduct the interview process focusing on behavioural/ competency and values based interviewing.

• Promote the Trayport employee value proposition through effective employee branding.

Skills and Experience

• Proven track record of hiring exceptional technical candidates across multiple disciplines.

• Sourcing experience with Stack Overflow, Linkedin and GitHub among others.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to business partner and build relationships with all levels.

• Ability to build credibility through being seen as a specialist in recruitment.

• Collaborative with the ability to adapt your approach to meet the needs of the business.

• Experience of Technical assessments and competency based interviewing for technical candidates.

• Strong ability to build technology networks and build talent pipelines to drive a proactive approach.

• Be creative and experimental in how talent is attracted.
