Due to continued growth, we are looking for the next Panda to join our busy start up. Working collaboratively with businesses both established and start-ups, we get under the skin of organisations, creating bespoke HR support and talent acquisition services that fit their needs and culture.
No two clients are the same, so our work is varied. We are looking for an innovative and recruitment focused individual to help our clients find their next super star. The Senior TAP will work as our partners TA function, managing the full vacancy life-cycle, including marketing, search, selection and the offer process. While the Senior TAP is a hands on role, it will also play an important role in helping us build our TA team further, growing and mentoring more junior members of the team.
At its heart, this is a recruitment role. You will own vacancies and have the responsibility of finding a matching candidate. You will decide how best to do this, with all the support you could ever wish for!
Being a new start up we all get involved, support each other and do what’s needed to keep our partners (customers) happy, This is a fantastic opportunity to help us shape and mould our business and be a strategic player in our team.
What do you need to succeed?
•Commercial acumen. You’ll be used to solving recruitment challenges in a practical way which meet business needs. •Passion. You are passionate about doing a good job, you can think on your feet and are not looking for someone else to give you boxes to tick.
•Play as a team. Your interpersonal style fits with our culture and you’re great at building relationships. •Find a better way. You don’t get in a funk when things go wrong, you learn from it and try something different next time. •Experience: You will have previous hiring experience, being responsible for generating candidates across multiple roles, you will have worked a broad variety of roles, and be confident adapting to new and sometimes unusual briefs.
