Job Description

DeepWell Energy Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist/ Administrator for our office located in Columbia, MS.

The Job:

As a Payroll Specialist/Administrator overall responsibility is the utilization of payroll and job costing systems to process employee’s paychecks by collecting their payroll data, issuing deductions, garnishments, earnings and other statements to employees and updating payroll records regularly. Ensure accurate financial information, data entry, comply and provide details for internal and external audits along with other related work as required.

Pay Ranging on Experience:

$45,000 to $55,000

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License

Must be reliable & dependable

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Payroll Specialist or Administrator role

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Bachelor’s in accounting is preferred, but not required if supplemented with experience.
