360 Recruitment Consultant
Location Sydney
Attribute Consulting is a national IT recruitment company with offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. We are looking for a full-time position based in Sydney with an annual remuneration of $70,000 – $90,000 plus superannuation on offer for this position (negotiable depending on skills). Sample of Duties:

• 360 recruitment role dealing with clients and candidates;
• Building strong relationships with our existing client base comprised of mainly ASX listed businesses across all industries;
• Identifying prospects and business leads with new companies to help build a strong pipeline;
• Source and interview candidates with a view to placing them with our clients;
• Take job specifications and write job advertisements;
• Negotiate job offers between candidates and clients

Skills and experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree or least 5 yrs of relevant work experience;
• Experience managing the end to end recruitment cycle;

• Excellent time management and organizational skills;
• Emotional intelligence and great people skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to liaise confidently with various business personnel.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
