As a person you are passionate about people and dedicated to contributing to a great candidate and co-worker experience by means of excellent recruitment processes. You act as an ambassador for the IKEA culture and values and enjoy working with tactical and operational tasks in a vibrant and changing multi-dimensional environment. You are skilled in building relationships with senior business leaders, and acting as a Talent Advisor to deliver value. You have experience in high volume recruitment and are confident in actively sourcing through a range of channels. You are trained in interview techniques to assess, select and hire the right talent for the business. You have experience using psychometric tools and assessments in a recruitment process.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

It´s a challenging job! Together with the Hiring Managers you take the lead in finding the right talent in the right place at the right time, creating ambassadors along the way – ambassadors that will tell our story and are inspired by our business idea and our culture and values. In this role you will;

• Execute efficient, effective, and consistent recruitment activities across AU in order to attract and recruit talented candidates to fill leadership and complex job vacancies.
• Influence and consult with Steering Managers and Hiring Managers throughout searches to ensure the best talent is hired
• Create an outstanding candidate experience from initial candidate contact to job offer that is efficient and aligned with our values.
• Utilize and advocate for global tools, programs and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies, while building and maintaining manageable talent pools for future competence in our recruitment system.
• As a valued contributor to hiring, you will develop and evolve relations with stakeholders within the country organization to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies while managing stakeholder expectations. Be ready to meet and collaborate with numerous colleagues throughout AU.
• Last but not least, you also integrate the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion approach and knowledge into our recruitment activities.
