Your new opportunity

As the Early Careers Consultant, you will be responsible for developing an integrated Early Careers program by identifying, attracting, retaining, and driving best practise to retain new emerging talent at RAA.

You will own the design, development, and implementation of the RAA Early Careers Programs including work integrated learning, internships and graduate programs to develop talent. You will work with our internal Talent Acquisition team and senior business leaders to own and manage the programs from end to end including learning and development, graduate rotations and career development, together with:

• Design and deliver an early careers strategy that delivers a future focussed talent pool and best in class recruitment, assessment and development approaches
• Identify key areas across the business to develop the talent pipeline through the intern and graduate programs
• Manage the relationships with universities and identify opportunities to build RAA Employer Brand in this sector to attract and retain the top talent
• Continuously monitor the program, and the external market for emerging trends and changes in Graduate employment to inform RAA’s Early Careers program
• Responsible for the campus to corporate development program for the graduates across RAA including coaching & development and facilitating workshops
• Organise and host induction programmes for intern and graduates into the business

To be successful in this role you will be highly motivated, organised and collaborative with effective communication skills to deliver the program as well as engage and influence at all levels. We have a complex stakeholder landscape so it’s important that you can build strong and lasting relationships and work collaboratively across the business units. This role will suit someone with previous experience in the fields of recruitment, HR and/or Learning and Development along with:

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisation Development, Organisational Psychology or related discipline
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
• Is highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise competing requests from different stakeholders
• Is able to earn trust and influence others to drive actions
• Experience in facilitating workshops
