• Consult with Executive leadership on building DNA’s of brand
• Set mood of each season with mood boards
• Design and develop specifications for all segments to produce
• Strategize with Sales and Merchandising depts for the marketing and successful roll out of each collection
• Build collection highlights and other selling tools to be implemented on Ecomm
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Planning
• Must adhere to calendar to develop overseas.
• Direct 80% of collection to overseas development
• Create a compelling brand enhancing product.
• Align seasonal assortments
• Build on brand aesthetic
• Design a well balanced line with price ranges
• Identify opportunities and white space to build branding and top line
• Responsible for key financial metrics to include, drop rates, season spending and others
• Add sustainable categories consistent with Company goals
• Strategize fabrics, treatments, new ideas to capitalize on business performance 
• Develop Key Replenishment categories or styles to improve profitability both internally and externally
• Build on brand handwriting with a focus on product uniqueness
• Push product innovation forward every season and stays abreast of competitive landscape
• Select color pallet and print direction with CCO
• Develop strong internal cross functional relationships with CCO, VP Merchandising, EVP Sales, of PD, Sourcing, Technical Design
• Responsible for meeting development deadlines and ratios
• Must have excellent leadership skills, demonstrate ability to communicate vision of Brand and inspire and motivate others to action
