Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition / In-House

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience Technical Talent Acquisition consultant to join a global organisation for an initial 3 month contract with the view to extend. The role is currently remote, however, there will be a need to go into the office one/two days per ween when the situation changes.

Our client is ideally looking for someone that comes from a technology recruitment background so please bear this in mind when applying.

Key Skills:

  • Proven recruitment experience preferably in-house
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders
  • Hands-on technology recruitment experience
  • Knowledge providing an expert consultative approach in all areas of staffing
  • Experience making hiring recommendations
  • Excellent negotiation skills/ Closing candidates and negotiating salaries
  • Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines and laws
