About the Role:

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment activity for a diverse portfolio of vacancies.

You will work collaboratively with hiring managers to provide recruitment advice, implement innovative recruitment strategies and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. You will value the importance of listening, disrupting and not being afraid to try new things.

Your key attributes:

• Demonstrated experience in a talent acquisition/ in-house recruitment role within a dynamic organisation
• Proficient in utilising a variety of channels such as LinkedIn Recruitment, SEEK, and other social media platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and a consultative approach to providing solutions
• Tenacity and the ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining focused on delivering excellence.
• Experience in sourcing passive candidates and building a talent pipeline
• The ability to implement talent acquisition projects and establish recruitment processes
• An autonomous work style and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in HRIS and/or candidate profiling tools is desirable but not essential

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
