About the role
Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Student Development Services the role holder will build on the successful implementation of our new services that encompass student wellbeing & safeguarding, student support & experience, inclusion, residential services, childcare and family services and the Chaplaincy. Having worked within and with experience of leading student support team/s, the role holder will bring specialist knowledge coupled with excellence in leadership and management. As an innovator and with experience of cross team working, the post holder will work with the senior management team to deliver excellence cross all relevant services. In partnership with schools, the Students’ Union and services the role holder will drive excellence and support student success and wellbeing.
