About the role

Chefs on the Road (CORs) are the first physical interaction that customers have with the dining experience and one of our most crucial and fast-growing operations group at the company, consisting of hourly workers who are skilled in culinary, hospitality and driving larger vehicles.

As Director, Talent Acquisition-Chef of the Road, you will be the strategic talent acquisition leader at Wonder. You will develop and lead our overarching Talent Acquisition vision, strategy and execution while leading and inspiring a talented team of recruiters, sourcers and coordinators. You will be responsible for creating energy and clarity within the team and across the company, hiring, empowering, and developing world-class talent, and delivering results.

You will…

• Develop an overarching vision and strategy for our COR Talent Acquisition team, aligned with the overall People vision
• Gain a strong understanding of the business needs and key stakeholder needs, understanding existing pain points and immediate vs. future objectives
• Execute against immediate objectives
• Ensure resources are properly aligned to alleviate heavy req loads and best support the business proactively
• Implement a regular cadence of data visualization and reporting, to include funnel metrics and key quantitative and qualitative insights
• Ensure post-launch effectiveness of Greenhouse ATS and diversity programming

• Continued iteration on core recruiting processes, ensuring a high level of support and trust in the TA and People team
• Maintained confidence in the provision of Talent Acquisition data and insights that proactively help determine areas of action
• Built scalable solutions to solve for massive hourly hiring needs by region
• Hired, grown and developed the best recruiting muscle

The experience you have

• A broad and diverse high volume Talent Acquisition work history
• Experience growing and scaling a large business, having gone through the “growing pains” while creatively and tactfully developed and implemented strategies to adapt to rapid growth
• Experience operating and thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Track record of building, motivating, and leading diverse teams
