We’re currently on the lookout for a talented HR Business Partner to join our supportive HR team, based at Rhodes – Sydney.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll partner with Hilti executive management team, line managers & employees to influence, steer and implement both the business and people strategy by aligning HR capabilities across the whole organisation.

Implement Development and Talent Management Strategy through effective and efficient Develop & Coach processes
Ethically manage Employment Relations topics and proactively upskill Managers.
Identify opportunities to improve workflow, procedures and structures to ensure a more efficient organisation based on current and future needs.
Partner with the Reward and Project team to execute the Reward strategy and ensure equity amongst employees.
Partner with Team Leaders and EMT to drive engagement.
Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to ensure implementation of the Talent Acquisition Strategy and meet recruitment objectives
