GCBS Group Hiring for Superintendent (PT) at Newcastle, ON Full Time
We are looking for an experienced superintendent with excellent time management skills. The superintendent’s responsibilities include managing staff, project management, and ordering needed supplies for construction.
Twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) – 9am-1pm
Standard responsibilities:
Inspecting hallways, changing lightbulbs, picking up any litter interior and exterior, cleaning and maintaining garbage room, taking out recycling totes.
Requirements:
Proficiency with scheduling software, and CAE and CAD applications.
Excellent leadership skills.
Prior experience with project management.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00 per hour
