About the Role

• We are looking for a highly execution-focused Marketing & Communications Manager who can manage marketing across content, campaigns, social media, growth marketing, and brand communication.
• This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, creating, communicating, and executing across multiple marketing functions in a startup environment.
• The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, content sense, creativity, and the ability to independently manage projects end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

• Manage QubeHealth’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Create and coordinate content for brand, product, team culture, and growth campaigns
• Plan and execute user engagement campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and CRM platforms
• Ideate and coordinate in-office shoots, app videos, product demos, Qube Crew culture content, and team interviews
• Work closely with Design, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams on marketing initiatives
• Build content calendars and support ongoing brand communication activities
• Analyse campaign and social media performance and identify growth opportunities
• Support website, app communication, and marketing collateral updates

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, growth marketing, content, or brand marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media and digital content
• Comfortable creating, coordinating, and managing content and campaigns end-to-end
• Basic understanding of CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation platforms is a plus
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Someone who takes ownership and gets things done
