nGROUP is now hiring a bilingual recruiter for the Memphis area!

This will be recruiting for warehouse positions in Memphis and Mississippi!

Must be Bilingual, flexible with your schedule, 5+ years of recruiting experience and the ability to speak to large groups!

You will be on-boarding employees, completing I9, Drug screens and background checks. It is HIGHLY administrative work!

We are looking for the following skills:

• Ability to recruit through social media, flyers, networking, non-profit organizations, etc.
• Able to prioritize tasks and multi-task at all times
• Interviewing
• “outside of the box thinking” for recruiting
• Checking in your new employees
• Hiring them in our proprietary system
• Host job fairs/attend social events, etc..
• Must speak Spanish
