Job Summary

The Recruiting Department with pr.business is hiring a new Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will support the recruiting efforts of high-volume requisitions across multiple departments including Customer Service, Sales, Digital Marketing, and more!

pr.business is a full-service Digital Marketing Agency and Call Center servicing clients nationwide. The Recruiting Department supports hiring strategies for all pr.business career opportunities within our Web, Design, Social Media, Sales Reps, and Customer Service teams!

The right candidate for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator role will be tenacious, outgoing, collaborative, and willing to jump in whenever and wherever! The ability to work hard while maintaining a positive work style, sense of humor, time management, and expert multitasking is what it takes to succeed on our team!

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through networking, job boards, employee referrals, social media, and active applicants
• Setting up/scheduling interviews both in-office and virtual
• Meet and greet candidates for interviews both in office and virtual.
• Post job ads to multiple job boards including Indeed, Linkedin, Monster, CareerBuilder, Zip Recruiter, etc
• Conduct high volume applicant phone screens
• Attend Career Fairs to promote pr.business and our career opportunities
• Track and record employee referrals, hiring sources, reports, calls, interviews, etc.
• Coordinate orientation schedules with new hires, training, and HR team
• Assist Recruiting, Hiring Managers and Candidates with all aspects of the interview process
• Assist with stocking the break room and inventory management for essential office supplies
• Ensures the applicant tracking system is managed effectively and up to date
• Track and follow up with new hires and candidates regarding onboarding

Qualifications

• 2 – 3 years in a support role within a Talent Acquisition Department or agency environment
• Administrative experience within a professional and fast-paced office.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and projects effectively
• A true multitasker
• Sales experience is highly preferred
• High Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excel experience is required
• Proficient in CRM and/or Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience posting job ads to Indeed, Linkedin, Monster, CareerBuilder, and similar online job boards
• Must have Experience networking through LinkedIn and other similar social media outlets
• Accurate and expedient proofreading ability
• Ability to set priorities, meet quotas, and work with limited direction or supervision at times
• Strong data entry
• Meet aggressive deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality
• Canva and social media content creation is a huge plus!
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, punctual, and a self-motivator

Work Environment

pr.business’s office is a creative, goal-oriented environment featuring a staff of individuals dedicated to helping clients’ online reputation, in a business casual atmosphere. This is a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving parts, but you will learn a ton and have fun doing it.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
