Reporting to an incredibly warm and supportive Talent Acquisition team leader, this role will see you thrive in a busy environment. Your primary focus will be on recruiting roles within the aged care industry. The team that you’ll be joining is fast-paced, caring and dedicated to delivering outcomes for their internal customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• End-to-end recruitment processes across multiple lines of the businesses
• Positive candidate experiences across the full recruitment process
• Proactive sourcing of candidates through professional networks, web and social media
• Manage advertisement creation, candidate shortlisting, phone screening, interview scheduling and conducting reference checks

Requirements & Experience Needed

• Previous exposure to fast-paced recruitment.
• Experience with talent management/recruitment software
• Previous experience in designing recruitment advertising
• Ability to manage multiple projects
