Job Description:
CyberArk Software is seeking a highly motivated Sourcing Manager to join our Global Procurement Team. The Sourcing Manager is purchasing professional who can deliver improved value and contract closure, across a wide range of business areas in respect to: Facilities, IT, services, Marketing and contracts in a complex, ever changing and fast-moving environment.

The Sourcing Manager will oversee the purchasing process and ensure internal satisfaction and compliance. This is role includes hands-on activities, will play a key role in tracking all purchases and follow the procurement process. The ability to multitask and work with others is essential.

This role is located in the London office and will report to the Global Procurement Director.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Manager purchasing process including coordination and follow up on orders, product delivery dates and internal customer satisfaction
• Maintain excellent relationships with internal customers and vendors
• Sourcing / Researching new suppliers globally per the business needs
• Negotiating with globally suppliers and building positive, long-term relationships
• Work closely with finance and accounting team (PR/PO/Invoice/payments)
• Resolve day-to-day issues that arise relating to purchasing and materials
• Providing support to all procurement-related tasks & special projects as needed

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of similar experience as a Purchasing Manager, Sourcing Manager, Procurement Specialist, or other relevant experience
• Familiarity with facilities/offices rent, IT, services and Marketing types of engagements
• High level of Business understanding
• Excellent ability to negotiation and leading commercial engagements with international vendors
• Experience in closing agreements globally – major advantage
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP software, proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player, experience working in cross-cultural environments
• Experience in working for an international company in the global environment – advantage
• Experience working with all levels of management and consulting with key business stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, motivated self-starter
• Degree in business, economics, procurement or related field
