• To assist maintenance engineers to carry out equipment breakdowns effectively and efficiently. This includes cleaning the equipment prior to fixing any component.
• Carry out ppm as per engineer request.
• Take care of tools and equipment on site.
• Use radio frequency equipment as required.
• Working to health and safety, environmental other standards as they apply to the process.
• Maintaining standard operating procedures as required.
• Adhere to safe working practice and procedures including and not limited to lockout, tag out, confined space and working at heights, etc.
• Operate a variety of equipment including loaders, forklifts, high lifts, cranes, cherry pickers.
• Will be required to enter confined spaces – Training will be provided.
• Operate a variety of equipment including loaders, forklifts, high lifts, cranes, cherry pickers.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma

EXPERIENCE

· 1-3 years experience in maintenance department.

· Mobile equipment certification is a plus.

· Any skills training regarding maintenance is advantageous.

· Hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, control panel and I/O fault-finding, and inverter experience would be advantageous

· Ability to lead and support a team of engineers, apprentices, and assistants.
