Job Description
AMTELCO, a leading manufacturer of SQL-based software and its integration to major telephony switches and call handling software, seeks a Customer Care Implementation Specialist based in Madison, WI. Implementation Specialists requires analytical skills to create site-specific programming build and documents and create reference documents and movies for AMTELCO’s TechHelper website. Implementation Specialists work closely with the Project Management Team, the Field Service Engineering Team, and the Software Engineering Team and interact via phone, email and on-site.
Full Time position – reports to the Director of Implementation Specialists.
