General Summary of Job Duties
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for identifying and implementing recruitment strategies and activities to attract and hire top talent for the full spectrum of the company’s job openings including both exempt and non-exempt positions. The Senior Recruiter will be expected to perform under limited general direction and provide a high level of expertise and professional acumen in the conduct of this role.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Marketing, or related discipline required.
· Minimum five (5) years full cycle recruitment experience in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or plasma industry required
· Experience sourcing candidates for management, leadership, and executive positions
· Specific experience with formulating data and various analytics representing recruiting efforts
· Minimum two (2) years supervisor or management experience required
· PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Expert knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
· Expert knowledge and understanding of recruitment strategies, processes, and best practices.
· Advanced time management and organization skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proactive and solution-oriented, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically
· Ability to work independently yet seamlessly integrate activities with other teams when needed
· Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in priorities, work demands, roles, responsibilities, and schedule
· Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
· Ability to create and interpret analytical data
· Excellent computer skills to include; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Advanced experience in tracking recruitment metrics
· Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
