We are supporting an award winning medium sized practice with an emphasis on architecturally challenging buildings design projects who are looking for a Civil Technician who can use Civils 3D proficiently but also has a keen interest to learn REVIT.

This progressive firm of civil and structural engineers has extensive experience in buildings civil and structure design engineering, with work spanning across all major building types, with a particular focus on commercial, residential, educational sectors and bespoke structures.

The consultancy has a reputation and pride themselves on innovative, intelligent, and practical design solutions and provide advice on large scale masterplans to public realm interventions. 

As a Civil Technician you will be part of the civil design team based in London and will be tasked with modelling detailed designs for below ground drainage systems in 3D for development infrastructure projects. 

You will need to demonstrate:

• HNC, HND, or equivalent in Civil Engineering or relevant subject.
• 2-4yrs UK experience within a design consultancy or developer modelling below ground drainage systems.
• Proficient use of Civils 3D (essential) with a keen interest to learn REVIT.
• Excellent communication skills
• Can work as part of a team or independently. 
• Good use of MicroDrainage (advantageous, not essential)

Package:

• £32000 – £36000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Annual bonus (8% of basic salary)
• 25 days leave + 3 extra days at Christmas
