Goldman Properties is seeking a talented and professional Accounting Manager to join our corporate office.

Reports to: Finance Director

The Accounting Manager is responsible for performing all of the tasks associated with the accounting cycle. Working under the direction of the Financial Comptroller and Finance Director, the Accounting Manager is engaged in the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions throughout the full accounting cycle, the preparation of financial reports and budgeting & forecasting. Ultimately, you are responsible for all aspects of the operation including but not limited to:

Compensation:

$50-$55K based on experience

Responsibilities inherent in the Accounting Manager position may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Record-keeping of accounts receivable, payable and all other financial transactions
• Bank Accounts reconciliation
• Compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Completion of internal audits
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Year-end journal entries
• Organization & maintenance of accounting records (digital & paper)
• Lease administration tasks & tenant interaction
• Support to operating business. Recording of daily sales, inventories & cost of goods
• Expense reports & credit card accounts reconciliation
• Other tasks as required

. Requirements:

• Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations
• Experience in working with accounting software and databases
• Superior data management and data analysis skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy
• Two or more years of work experience as Accounting Manager
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related field
