Agiloft Hiring for AI Implementer fo a Software Company at Vancouver, BC Full Time

You will be responsible for configuring and implementing AI solutions for our customers, which require speed, accuracy, and design skills. This role serves as the leader of AI solution design on customer projects and coordinates with the Architect and Project Manager as required.

This is a challenging position, requiring knowledge of data extraction technologies and regular expression, a strong analytical and logical mind, a proven ability to communicate with customers and internally, and excellent attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements with respect to AI, and design and implement solutions within Agiloft using pre-trained AI models, coupled with regular expression, to cater to meet them

When custom AI models are more suitable for a customer’s needs, work with the Data Science team to develop custom AI solutions

Communicate with customers to explain the capabilities and limitations of AI models

Participate as a lead or co-lead of enterprise projects, in partnership with Architects and Project Managers

Skillfully handle challenging customer AI requirements while anticipating and resolving complex escalations

Provide quality control for AI implementation projects

Write detailed specifications and test plans for AI solutions that can be built and performed by more junior implementers or partners

Contribute to internal projects as needed

Required Qualifications

Technical background with a preference for a 4-year college degree

3-5 years working as an implementer or demonstrated experience equivalent

Experience with data operations, including implementing regular expression (RegEx) and variables

Strong analytical skills, creativity, familiarity with web-based technologies, and the ability to continuously improve an individual’s implementation skills

Ability to manage complex projects and business requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Mentorship skills to provide guidance and feedback to junior implementers

Ability to lead business calls to discuss project progress and handle escalation calls

Initiative in seeking ways to contribute to the success of the company that goes beyond a narrow definition of job responsibilities

Prior experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or contract review technologies is a significant plus

Knowledge of JSON is a plus

Knowledge of Natural Language Processing models a plus
