THE ORGANISATION
This dynamic ASX Listed organisation is currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their progressive team situated in Macquarie Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for a career driven individual to join a high achieving, fast paced and team focussed environment.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for full-cycle volume recruiting, with the natural ability to spot talent and a strong commitment to finding great solutions in a fast paced environment.
You will be responsible for developing ‘fit for purpose’ talent acquisition strategies and be able to leverage off systems and technology to support an efficient delivery. You will need to ensure full document control, audit readiness and work to high standards of candidate and hiring manager communication.

THE CRITERIA
To succeed in this role you must be an experienced Internal Recruiter with an impressive track record of building talent pools and high volume recruitment. You must excellent communication skill in order to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders. you need to have ideally recruited from agency or in-house environments in FMCG/Retail, but all applications welcome.
It is imperative you possess a continuous improvement mindset, strong attention to detail and be happy to ‘roll your sleeves up’. Team is everything!
