Where you come in:
In this full time permanent role based in our head office in Carlton, you’ll lead a dedicated function to deliver excellent talent and OD outcomes across the organisation. Working closely with the Executive, the Senior Management Team and the People and Culture Leadership Team (PCLT), you’ll develop and deliver on strategic initiatives to attract and retain diverse talent and build capability and performance. Playing a key leadership role in our People, Culture and Risk team, you’ll report directly to our Executive Director, People Culture and Risk.
