The role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Corporate Finance team based in Melbourne.

The purpose of this role is to ensure our clients’ expectations and AR needs are being delivered in an efficient and timely manner.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a high-volume Accounts Receivable role, excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise whilst managing the workflow and be able to work well within a team.

Key responsibilities:

• Daily processing of rental payments and receipts including payments through bank lockboxes
• Reconciliation of trust bank accounts daily
• Monitoring of suspense account
• Dealing with queries from property managers and stakeholders
• Facilitate any other information collection and delivery
• Respond to client queries

Who we are looking for?

• A minimum of 2 years’ of experience in a high-volume Accounts Receivable role
• Previous experience in Lease Administration (desirable)
• MRI experience (essential)
• Previous property experience (essential)
• Demonstrated understanding of Accounts Receivables and Lease Administration functions
• Proven ability to take initiative, identify issues and deliver timely solutions
• Problem solving skills
• Customer service focused
• Motivated and enthusiastic
• Adaptability and versatility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
