Payroll System Implementation Specialist/HR Compliance

PM/BA

A top-tier global investment bank seeks a seasoned IT business analyst & project manager to drive technology projects in HR and Compliance (and can include other corp areas). The two key areas/projects are International Payroll and Compliance apps for surveillance and archiving.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

This individual will manage and contribute content to all parts of the Software Development Life Cycle, including scoping, planning, requirements, construction/integration, testing, deployment, and training. The ideal candidate will be especially skilled at eliciting business requirements, supported by experience interfacing with senior leadership across the bank. S/he will also have experience vetting vendor products, and experience in implementing and integrating vendor solutions.

This engagement will be a contract hire, guaranteed for six months and likely to extend to one year or longer.

Essential qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst & Project Manage
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid project & vendor management skills
• Organized and proactive with strong task management skills
• Exceptional requirements gathering skills: asks probing questions, not just a request taker

• Experience in the financial services industry
• Experience in Payroll Systems
• Experience with Workday
• Experience with compliance
• Comfortable facing off with senior stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $110.00 – $130.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
