Dental Consulting Company Hiring for Private Equity Associate Job at Remote Full Time

We are actively seeking a Private Equity Associate to support our Private Equity and Family Office Relations Executive located in Dallas. We are looking for someone who is no stranger to juggling multiple projects and takes genuine pride in work. The ideal candidate is a poised and proactive team player who can prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your day-to-day:

• Managing multiple calendars across time zones and planning seamless travel
• Conducting daily check-ins to prep the executive for important meetings and stay on track
• Serve as a liaison for external partners and internal teams, while prioritizing all communication
• Assisting the executive on long-term operational projects and strategic initiatives
• Collaborating with other assistants and departments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Planning and managing events

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in senior level support within professional services
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Poised, refined style of written and interpersonal communication, strong proofreading skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Detail and deadline-oriented way of working
• Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision and manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deal with sensitive & confidential information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,903.00 – $86,057.00 per year
