We are currently recruiting for a Planning Manager to head up the Planning Team, based from our Head Office in Southampton. The ideal candidate will need to have a working knowledge of Primavera P6 & MS Project and have a background in the project planning of civil engineering and construction contracts. The Planning Manager will previously have led planning teams, in either a role such as Planning Manager or Planning & Project Controls Lead.
As well as leading your team, you should be able to establish work sequence and activity durations for assigned projects and provide schedule knowledge on a continuous basis to assist in work planning and interfacing with others. It is essential that you possess good written and verbal communication skills and can develop and maintain relationships. You must also have excellent time management & organisational skills.
