Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Partner:
Provide a dedicated recruitment service for our support offices across the UK
Set up and maintain active talent pools to ensure a pro-active recruitment service
Work on a broad range of recruitment projects to improve service and processes
Work closely with key business stakeholders
Provide regular and insightful MI and reporting
Attend virtual and face to face meetings to present on recruitment activity and plans
Train and coach hiring managers to improve their ability to identify top talent
Ensure a first class hiring manager and candidate experience at all stages of the process
Create and deliver attraction campaigns with particular focus on social media presence
Experience required to be successful as a Recruitment Partner:
In-house recruitment experience or relevant agency experience
Experience of talent pooling, recruitment reporting and MI
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
Knowledge of a variety of selection and assessment methods including structured interviews, assessment centres, online testing and psychometric testing
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
The ability to prioritise workloads and offer first class customer service
Strong IT skills including working with an ATS and excellent MS Office skills
