Required Skills: Experience supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft Windows Server 2016, and Microsoft Office 2010 and above. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software related desktop issues. Knowledge of Microsoft networking principles, capable of multi-tasking and working with minimal supervision.

First State Orthopaedics is looking for a professional, skilled individual to provide advice and support to our employees to help them effectively use computer software/hardware in our medical offices. Duties include but not limited to providing telephone, e-mail, and in-person support, identifying hardware/software problems and solutions, installing approved software, ensuring users’ efficient and effective utilization of applications and equipment by providing guidelines for use and self-help instructions. Maintain desktop and laptop standards for all locations. Troubleshoot and escalate EMR issues to appropriate IT support staff and vendors, undertake various housekeeping and reporting functions for the areas of responsibility. Maintain work records through ticket-based tracking system and inform users about the status of open problems.

Other Skills: Knowledge of Next Gen software, thin clients, Active Directory, electronic fax, wireless networks, VOIP phone systems, and experience in a medical facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 – $20.00 per hour
