We are looking for an Equality Impact Assessment Manager to work within the Finance & Corporate Services Directorate in our Strategic Planning & Governance team. This is a fixed term post for 18 months.
The successful candidate will be required to take a lead role in identifying requirements, taking action, promoting and providing specialist advice on SQA’s obligations to comply with the Public Sector Equality Duty. In order to do this you must be able to demonstrate experience in the following specific duties:

Applicants, as a minimum, should be educated to SCQF Level 9 (SVQ 4/Ordinary Degree) and/or be able to demonstrate direct relevant experience for this role. Also role model the behaviours associated with SQA’s values (Trusted, Progressive and Enabling) in order to develop and sustain a productive and positive culture.
