Job Description
At Lyreco, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead our successful Talent Acquisition team. Our vision is to develop a centre of excellence, using a diverse range of recruitment sources to attract and retain diverse talent for our business.
What will you be doing?
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies for both your own and the team’s recruitment, to ensure we acquire the best talent for Lyreco’s growth strategy and that we position Lyreco as an Employer of Choice. You will effectively business partner with stakeholders around the business and collaborate with peers within the People & Culture team. The role will involve:
Core experience required for this opportunity
Previous experience of managing the end-to-end recruitment experience (previous Recruitment Business Partner/In-House Recruiter) as well as managing a team of recruitment professionals. You will be motivated by providing an exceptional candidate experience . You will possess a driven mindset with the ability to lead and motivate a team. You will be passionate about identifying and creating new methods of sourcing to keep abreast of developments in the market.
