AM LLC has an immediate opening for a Senior Manager, Talent Aquisition Engagement. The TA Engagement Manager will build positive relationships with clients during projects. As the clients’ first point of contact, you will be accountable for ensuring that our customers remain satisfied with our performance, processes, and systems. You will be a proactive partner to your client in identifying needs, designing staffing plans, managing expectations, holding weekly metrics and calibration meetings and stay in close contact to become a trusted advisor to the hiring manager/client on all recruitment matters including policy, process, system, and people.

You are client oriented, proactive thinker and problem solver, and always accountable for your actions or lack thereof. Your goal will be to ensure that our relationships with customers and credibility as business partners remains strong and enduring. You will lead the day-to-day execution of a client project while guiding and developing individual team members. You’ll work directly with clients, and you’ll take ownership of the overall project and its end products.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively partners with project hiring manager/client to fully understand the needs of the recruitment project/engagement, including go live date, number of employees needed, levels of experience and education needed and any other information that will be helpful in drafting the Sourcing and Staffing plan that will drive the successful recruitment to completion. Leads all aspects of recruitment projects through inception to close and stays close to clients to understand needs, concerns and chart a different course if it needs revising.
• Conducts initial intake meetings to fully understand the project/engagement. Carefully researches most efficient and effective sources to include in the sourcing plan, along with costs associated with each source. Provide reasoning for recommending each source and metrics to back up recommendation. Drafts Sourcing and Recruitment Engagement Plan (SREP) that fully states Scope, Timeline, Client (Hiring Manager), Sources and costs, Sourcing, recruitment and interviewing process description. Process map listing roles and responsibilities of each role involved in the process. Uses mathematical/capacity planning approach to determine the number of resources that should be dedicated to the engagement and includes reasoning in S&R Engagement Plan.
• Delivers SREP to hiring manager in a timely manner prior to launching engagement to obtain agreement on process people, technology.
• Monitors engagement budget and reports ROI to hiring manager.
• Proactively identifies problems with SREP and communicates with hiring managers, as well as recommend alternative courses of action for processes, sources or resources not yielding intended results.
• Schedules and conducts weekly calibration meetings with hiring managers which includes discussion of what is working and what is not, metrics, resource effectiveness, etc.
• Responsible for overall client experience with recruitment processes, policies and systems for specific engagement/project.
• Uses Capacity planning methods as the practice of planning/determining resource capacity and needs to make sure team is equipped to meet and deliver on client requirements/demand.
• Fully leverages functionality of iCIMS to produce reporting and metrics. Enforces usage of the system with the team to ensure there is no duplication of data created in Excel or other applications.
• Works closely with clients in identifying, understanding, and meeting their specific needs and pain points. Success in this role will be demonstrated by improved credibility and client perception and satisfaction while growing, remaining proactive in the way you approach your role every day.
• Plans and facilitates Post-Engagement Review (PER) discussion with client and recruiters to discuss the following: what worked, what did not work, what should be done differently next time, lessons learned.
• Summarizes PER in a document to discuss with the recruiting team, draft an action plan and make changes. Shares report with Senior leadership in a timely manner
• Obtains, tracks, verifies, and presents meaningful metrics to the client on a weekly basis during the calibration meeting, alongside with mitigation plans should the team be falling below daily/weekly metrics.
• Lead and manage a team of professional recruiters.
• Holds regular, monthly, recruiter effectiveness reviews to discuss and coach around performance in general and for a specific engagement.
• Monitors recruitment performance and effectiveness and accuracy by recruiter.
• Mentors team and conducts training on policy process and systems and ensures compliance by recruiting team.
• Trains recruiting and hiring managers on internal recruitment processes, policies and systems.
• Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
• Partners with Director Recruitment Operation on any business process reengineering opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Min. 10 years of recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Min. 4 years of supervisory experience and client-support experience.
• Client management experience required.
• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager
• Business process reengineering experience and orientation
• Project management experience
• Background in sales and customer service is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and Visio
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
