Role: Payroll Administrator
Location: S60, Rotherham
Salary: £17,000 – £21,000 DOE
Contract: Fixed Term – 12 months

Main Duties:

• Maintaining and processing payroll from beginning to end for weekly and fortnightly payrolls
• Processing Sub-Contractor payments and CIS Returns
• Ensuring all associated payroll elements are correct e.g. SSP, SPP, SMP, NI, Workplace Pension, RTI, Tax
• Ensuring all payrolls are checked and compliant with legislative requirements
• Able to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Dealing with day to day payroll queries
• Administrative duties in all areas of payroll and sub contract

• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues
• Excellent organisational skills

• Good attention to detail
• Friendly, welcoming and approachable

Your working week would be:

• Monday to Thursday – 9am till 5pm
• Friday – 9am till 4pm
• 1 hour unpaid lunch
