PinnPACK Packaging is a privately owned, vertically integrated, plastic thermoforming company. We specialize in manufacturing Recyclable Food Packaging for the Bakery, Deli, Confectionary, and Food Service Industries using PET and rPET plastic material

The Controller oversees all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, credit, account reconciliation, profit and loss reporting. Directs the organization’s financial policies, planning, reporting and controls. Will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the Company as well as possible risks and investments.

Skills:

1. Excellent Computer Skills, 2. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Related Field, 3. Verbal & Interpersonal communication skills, 4. Strong knowledge of Project-Based accouting Software, 5. Able to meet tight deadlines and work evenings as needed, 6. Strong knowledge of lean business practices

Qualifications:

1. Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Related Field, 2. Manufacturing Experience, 3. Bilingual, 4. 7+ Years financial management experience,

Responsibilities:

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Adhere to safety rules and procedures

Oversee financial operations of Company.

Drive the financial planning of the Company by analyzing its performance and risks.

Retain constant awareness of the Company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.

Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.

Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met.Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.

Oversee the bookkeeping functions including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel.

Establish budgets in accordance with the requirements of Company departments.

Oversee all audit and internal control operations.

Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.

Develop annual financial plans and projections for the Company.

Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives.

Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.Conduct and Manage monthly physical inventory.

Perform Other Duties as Assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
