Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in Data Migration, ITSM tools, and SaaS implementations. Candidates with strong communication skills, basic scripting knowledge, and an interest in data handling are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end data migration (extraction, transformation, and loading)
• Work with ITSM/CX tools (e.g., ticketing systems) to manage and validate data
• Clean, transform, and validate data before migration
• Develop and use scripts for automation
• Identify and resolve data quality issues (duplicates, missing data, formatting errors)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and mapping
• Support testing, validation, and post-migration activities
• Maintain proper documentation for migration processes

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries
• Familiarity with data formats such as Excel, CSV, and JSON
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment

Good to Have

• Intermediate knowledge of Python
• Good knowledge of API integrations
• Exposure to ETL tools or data migration frameworks
• Understanding of ITIL processes

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT or related field
