We are looking for a dedicated FOS Executive to join our team. This part-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while helping us achieve our goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Customer Outreach:** You will contact potential customers via phone or online platforms to introduce our services, ensuring they understand the benefits we offer.
– **Information Collection:** You will gather and record essential customer details and feedback to improve our offerings and tailor our services to meet client needs.
– **Lead Follow-up:** You will follow up on leads generated by your outreach. This involves engaging with interested customers to answer their questions and encourage their decision-making.
– **Reporting:** You will regularly update your progress and present reports on customer interactions to help the team evaluate performance and set future goals.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
– A minimum educational requirement is passing the 10th grade; higher education will be an advantage.
– We welcome candidates with experience ranging from 0 to 6 years in customer service or sales, but we also provide training for freshers.
– Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers over the phone and online.
– A motivated and goal-oriented attitude is expected, along with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
– Basic computer literacy and familiarity with using digital communication tools are necessary to perform your duties effectively.
