Manager, Human Resources

24 Hour Priority Care (24HPCA) is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support the establishment and effective operations of the organisation’s people and culture functions.

This is an exciting new role established in response to the unprecedented growth that the company has experienced over the past two years. It is expected that as the organisation continues to scale, that the responsibilities and remuneration of this role will also expand.

As the Manager, Human Resources, you will lead 24HPCA’s people and culture functions, including workforce relations, organisational development, diversity and inclusion, cultural safety, learning and development, recruitment, employment programs, and OH&S and wellbeing.

You will facilitate the development and maintenance of a high performance, culturally safe and innovative culture, and provide authoritative and trusted strategic and operational advice to the Directors and members of the Senior Management Team on people and culture activities.

Key to your success in this role will be your ability to support the delivery of 24HPCA’s objectives and priorities.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

• Experience in the development and delivery of HR management functions, strategies, policies, processes, and systems that are effective, user friendly and align with best practice, preferably in newly established organisations.
• Proven ability to foster a culturally safe and inclusive workplace through the development, management and continual improvement of people and culture systems, processes, and policies.
• Advanced interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill, including the ability to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• The ability to exercise sound judgement under pressure, create clarity out of ambiguity and respond positively to change in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate, influence and manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.

Experience working with community service organisations would be advantageous.
